This study tests two oral targeted drugs, Befotertinib and Icotinib, in people with advanced lung cancer (NSCLC) that has one of three uncommon EGFR mutations. The trial aims to see how well these pills work when used as the first treatment for your cancer.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a type of lung cancer called adenocarcinoma that has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor must have one of these rare EGFR mutations: G719X, S768I, or L861Q.
- You can't have received any prior targeted therapy (EGFR TKI) or systemic treatment for your advanced lung cancer.
- You need to be in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0-1) and have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
