Combination treatment aimed at clearing hepatitis B long-term
This Phase 2 study tests a combination treatment to help people with chronic hepatitis B stop having detectable hepatitis B surface antigen (called HBsAg). If successful, it may move you closer to a “functional cure,” meaning lower ongoing virus activity over time.

PD-1 antibody and peginterferon for chronic hepatitis B
This trial tests a combination of a PD-1 antibody (a type of immunotherapy) and peginterferon alpha for people with chronic hepatitis B whose virus is already under control but whose surface antigen levels haven't improved much with standard therapy. It aims to see if the combo can help reduce the hepatitis B surface antigen further.

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (BRII-179, BRII-835, and PEG-IFNα) to see if they can better control chronic hepatitis B. It is for people who are already on antiviral therapy and have well-controlled virus levels.
