Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have had chronic hepatitis B for at least 6 months.
  • You are currently on a standard antiviral (NRTI) and your HBV DNA has been undetectable for at least 6 months.
  • Your liver enzymes (ALT and AST) are within normal range at screening.
  • You do not have significant liver scarring (fibrosis or cirrhosis) or other serious liver conditions.
  • You do not have HIV, hepatitis C, or hepatitis D, and have no history of immune problems.
