Zimberelimab and quemliclustat with chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer
This trial studies how well zimberelimab and quemliclustat work together with standard chemotherapy for people with borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic cancer. It may help shrink the tumor and make treatment more effective before or around the time surgery is considered for some patients.

Adenosine blocker plus immunotherapy for limited prostate spread
This Phase 2 study tests a medicine that affects “adenosine” signaling along with an immune checkpoint inhibitor (immunotherapy) in men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread in only a small, limited way. It aims to stop or slow that limited spread by helping the immune system work better.
