Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older and able to sign informed consent.
- You have pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has not been treated before, and it is either borderline resectable or locally advanced (not spreading to distant organs).
- Your body is strong enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- Your recent blood and organ tests are within allowed ranges (including white blood cell, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, and liver enzymes).
- You have recovered from any major surgery and are not currently needing high-dose steroids (or they must be stopped before starting).
