Chemo and immunotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer
This trial tests whether adding two types of immunotherapy (cemiplimab with either fianlimab or REGN7075) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people with locally advanced rectal cancer that has not been treated before. It may help shrink the tumor enough to allow surgery that preserves the ability to control bowel movements.

Ubamatamab with or without REGN7075 for advanced lung cancer
This trial tests a new targeted therapy (ubamatamab) alone or with another drug (REGN7075) for people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse after standard treatment. It aims to see if targeting MUC16, a substance found on some cancer cells, can help control the cancer.

Testing immunotherapy for ctDNA-positive colorectal cancer after treatment
This trial is for people with colorectal cancer whose ctDNA blood test is still positive after surgery and chemotherapy. It tests two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab alone or with fianlimab) to see if they can eliminate the remaining cancer cells and prevent the cancer from coming back.
