This trial tests a new targeted therapy (ubamatamab) alone or with another drug (REGN7075) for people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse after standard treatment. It aims to see if targeting MUC16, a substance found on some cancer cells, can help control the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV).
  • You have already received standard first-line treatment for your cancer, such as chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
  • You have a tumor sample (from a previous biopsy or new) that can be tested for a substance called MUC16.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
