This study tests whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA can help guide the use of immunotherapy (nivolumab with or without relatlimab) after surgery for urothelial cancer. The goal is to see if starting immunotherapy based on the blood test results can prevent the cancer from coming back.

This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding sarilumab (an immune-blocking medicine) to three immunotherapy medicines can shrink unresectable, advanced melanoma that cannot be removed with surgery.
