This trial is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (anti-LAG-3 and anti-PD-1 antibodies) to see if they work better than standard treatment for people with advanced melanoma that hasn't been treated before. It may be an option if you have not yet received any systemic therapy for your melanoma.

This trial tests whether giving immunotherapy (anti-PD1) before and after surgery can help treat melanoma that has spread to nearby lymph nodes or skin. Testing a combination drug for triple-negative breast cancer
This trial is testing a combination of three drugs—sacituzumab govitecan, nivolumab, and relatlimab—for people with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer that has progressed after at least one prior therapy.
