This study looks at whether giving esketamine through a vein can help reduce long-term pain in people with complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). You may be able to join if your CRPS diagnosis matches specific international criteria and you can safely take the study medicine.

This Phase 4 trial tests whether giving ketamine during anesthesia is safe and helpful for adults with severe sudden brain injuries after surgery. It may improve how patients are sedated and cared for while they are on a breathing machine.

This study looks at how the brain’s electrical activity (measured with a painless EEG sensor) changes in children during planned surgery using common anesthesia medicines. It may help doctors better understand brain effects of anesthesia in healthy children having non–head or non–heart surgery.

Short-term S-ketamine for fibromyalgia pain relief
This trial tests if low-dose S-ketamine, given as a short intravenous infusion, can safely improve fibromyalgia pain and other symptoms for people who haven't gotten enough relief from non-drug treatments. S-ketamine is a fast-acting medicine that blocks pain signals and may help reset how the brain processes pain.
