This Phase 3 trial tests whether adding a PD-1 medicine (sintilimab) to standard chemo-radiation before surgery improves outcomes for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell cancer. It may help by strengthening the immune response while shrinking the tumor before an operation.

This Phase 2 trial tests whether combining sintilimab (an immunotherapy) with chidamide (an anticancer “epigenetic” drug) can shrink peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or didn’t respond. It’s for adults who have measurable lymphoma spots and can safely take both medicines.
