Who can take part
- You’re age 18 to 75.
- Your lymphoma is confirmed by biopsy as a relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (specific types like PTCL-NOS, AITL, or certain ALCL), not NK/T-cell lymphoma.
- You have at least one measurable tumor area on CT or MRI (about 1.5 cm across and 1.0 cm tall).
- Your body’s key lab numbers are strong enough: white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin are above required minimums (with some flexibility based on the doctor).
- Heart and organ function must be adequate: heart pumping ability (LVEF) is at least 50% and liver/kidney tests are within allowed limits.
- You can provide biopsy/tissue samples for study and you expect to live more than 3 months.
