  • Age 3 years or older (or 18+ if you're in the exposure-history group)
  • Ability to understand the study and sign consent (parent or guardian can sign for children)
  • Confirmed or likely diagnosis of neurocysticercosis, OR a history suggesting possible exposure to the parasite
  • Already received treatment for neurocysticercosis (for the main study groups)
  • Willingness to participate in long-term follow-up visits
