Who can take part

  • You must be at least 4 years old
  • You have a neurosurgical condition (brain tumor, nerve tumor, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, movement disorder, Chiari syndrome, brain malformation, or chronic pain disorder) or are a blood relative for genetic testing
  • You can provide informed consent, or a parent/legal guardian can consent on your behalf
  • You are able to undergo medical evaluation and treatment for your condition
  • If participating in the biological samples part only, you must be willing to provide skin biopsies or saliva samples
