Who can take part

  • You or a family member have had swollen lymph nodes or enlarged spleen for more than 6 months
  • You are willing to provide blood and tissue samples that may be stored for research
  • You are at least 3 years old (to visit the NIH Clinical Center in person)
  • You either have ALPS or are a blood relative of someone with ALPS
  • If you have ALPS, blood tests show specific immune cell markers (elevated DNT cells)
