Who can take part
- Have had a severe illness that started with EBV infection or have EBV antibodies in your blood
- Have evidence that EBV has affected major organs (like lymph nodes, liver, spleen, brain, lungs, or bone marrow)
- Have high levels of EBV virus detected in your blood or affected tissues
- Be at least 1 year old (children under 3 will only have blood/saliva samples taken, not undergo clinical evaluation)
- Be willing to provide blood, saliva, and/or tissue samples for genetic testing
