Who can take part

  • You must be a neurosurgery patient (primary or a consultant).
  • If you are under 18, only residual tissue may be used—no blood samples are included.
  • You may also qualify as a family member if your relative is in specific brain/blood-vessel/injury/tumor/functional disorder groups.
  • You must be able to understand the study and sign consent (or have appropriate consent).
  • If consent cannot be obtained, you cannot join.
