This study looks at how the body’s automatic nerve system affects steady eye pressure (“ocular homeostasis”). If you have normal-pressure glaucoma or open-angle glaucoma and autonomic dysfunction, you may be able to help researchers understand what influences eye pressure and eye health.

  • You must have autonomic dysfunction (your body’s automatic control system is not working normally)
  • You must have open-angle glaucoma or normal-pressure glaucoma
  • You may qualify as a normal (healthy) participant if you don’t have those eye conditions
  • You must not be a medical student
  • You must not be pregnant
