  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a history of a heart rhythm problem, or have it now
  • If you don’t have a rhythm problem, you may still qualify as a control participant
  • If you qualify through family history, a close family member has had a heart rhythm problem
  • You have not already enrolled in the Arrhythmia BioBank
