Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have had systemic lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or Sjogren’s syndrome
- You have taken Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine)
- If you are an affected participant: you already have signs of Plaquenil-related retinal toxicity
- If you are not affected: your eye exam within the last 6 months showed no retinal disease
- You can consent and safely provide a blood sample
