Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- You have taken hydroxychloroquine for more than 5 years (or more than 1 year if you have high-risk factors like a high dose, kidney problems, or tamoxifen use)
- Or you have never taken hydroxychloroquine
- No significant eye problems like advanced cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, or diabetes
- No recent eye surgery or infections
- Not taking certain medications like amiodarone or sildenafil
