Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis that matches the study’s target conditions
  • Your age is 40 to 90 years old
  • You can score above 10 on the MMSE thinking test (or your care team says you meet it)
  • Your health problems are stable enough for the scan and study procedures
  • Your medicines are stable for the last 4 weeks, and you can avoid listed medications that may affect the scan
  • If you have dementia or severe Parkinsonism, a caregiver is with you at least 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and both of you can do study visits
