Who can take part
- You have one of the specific neurologic diagnoses the study is looking for

- Your health is stable right now, with no serious active medical problem that could interfere
- Your medicines have been steady for at least the last 4 weeks
- You are able to avoid certain medicines that can affect the heart scan results
- If you have dementia or severe parkinsonism, a caregiver can stay with you at least 4 hours/day, 5 days/week
