Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and agree to join and get treatment in this study
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma (a specific type of prostate cancer)
- Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2, meaning not severely limited)
- Have not had prior radiation or certain prostate/pelvic procedures like brachytherapy or radical prostate surgery
- No evidence that cancer has spread to lymph nodes or distant sites on recent scans (when scans are needed)
- Not have conditions that can make radiation unsafe, such as inflammatory bowel disease or certain connective tissue disorders
