This study follows people who have had a specific type of bone injury called an atypical fracture, or a similar fracture after little or no trauma. It aims to better understand who is affected and how these injuries behave over time.

Who can take part
- Be older than 20 years old
- Have had an incomplete atypical fracture that meets the study’s diagnostic rules, or a low/none-trauma fracture that looks similar in other bones
- Your fracture should not be around a joint replacement (not peri-prosthetic)
- Your fracture should not be from a major injury (not high trauma)
- Your fracture should not be due to cancer spread in the bone (metastases) or most other bone-thinning/weakness conditions besides typical osteoporosis
