Who can take part

  • You are 17 years old or older
  • Your upper arm bone near the shoulder (proximal humerus) is broken and the break is displaced
  • The injury happened less than 3 weeks before you start treatment
  • You can provide complete scan images and basic personal details
  • Your fracture can be treated as a closed fracture (not an open fracture)
  • You live in the hospital’s catchment (service) area
