- Your upper arm bone near the shoulder (proximal humerus) is broken and the break is displaced
- The injury happened less than 3 weeks before you start treatment
- You can provide complete scan images and basic personal details
- Your fracture can be treated as a closed fracture (not an open fracture)
- You live in the hospital’s catchment (service) area
