Who can take part
- You have a confirmed cancer (or sometimes a non-cancer tumor) such as suspected brain (glioma), sarcoma, melanoma, or a blood cancer
- You can understand the study and are willing to sign informed consent
- You must have enough stored tumor tissue (from a prior diagnosis) or stored samples at MD Anderson for the lab testing to run
- If you don’t have enough stored tissue, additional new tissue may be collected as part of your usual care or another study
- Some participants may be tested using a blood test that looks at tumor DNA fragments
