Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 65 years old
- You had a serious face/skull/jaw injury at least 6 months ago (or even decades ago)
- You don’t currently smoke (or you quit more than 6 months ago)
- You must be willing to take the planned anti-rejection medicines and follow the full study plan
- You can’t have certain infections or illnesses, including HIV and active hepatitis, tuberculosis, or similar infections
- You must be negative for a cancer history in the past 5 years and pass donor compatibility testing
