  • Be over age 20
  • Your weight fits one of these: BMI 27 or higher, or BMI between 17 and 27
  • You can and will sign written informed consent
  • You have not had cancer in the past 5 years
  • You do not have HIV, a solid organ transplant, or major uncontrolled thyroid problems
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
