Who can take part
- You must be a child (age 21 or younger).
- Your kidney function must meet a minimum level: GFR of at least 45.
- You have FSGS and also have ongoing nephrotic syndrome that is hard to treat: either not responding to standard medicines for at least 8 weeks, not tolerating them because of side effects, or standard therapy is not safe for you.
- Or you are a child after a kidney transplant who has nephrotic syndrome from primary FSGS.
- Your weight must be at least 15 kg (about 33 lbs).
- You must be able to follow the study schedule and avoid joining another drug/device study at the same time.
