This study tests three experimental drugs (frexalimab, brivekimig, and rilzabrutinib) for people ages 16 to 75 with a type of kidney disease called primary FSGS or minimal change disease. The goal is to see if these drugs can reduce protein in your urine and help protect your kidneys.

Who can take part
- You must have a kidney biopsy showing primary FSGS or MCD.
- Your urine protein levels must be high (at least 1.5 grams per gram of creatinine).
- Your kidneys must still be working well (eGFR of 45 or higher).
- You should have had a good response to steroids or other immune treatments in the past.
- You must be on a low, stable dose of steroids (10 mg or less of prednisone daily).
- Your body weight must be between 99 and 264 pounds.
