Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury in the neck area (C4 to C8), and it’s at least 6 months old
- Your injury is complete or incomplete, and your leg/arm nerve function level is AIS A, B, C, or D
- You can do manual muscle testing: certain arm muscles must be at least 2/5 strength, and at least two hand muscles plus two trunk muscles must show at least 3/5 strength with stimulation
- You’re at least 16 years old and medically cleared for surgery
- You’re able to take part in the study activities and follow safety instructions
- You do not have pregnancy or other conditions that could interfere with surgery, stimulation, or devices (such as certain infections or other implants)
