Who can take part

  • You have a spinal cord injury in your neck (C1 to C8) that happened at least 6 months ago.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have some arm movement, but not full strength, and your arm weakness is rated within a certain range.
  • You are medically stable and can take part in an intensive outpatient rehab program.
  • You do not have other arm problems or severe muscle tightness that prevents movement.
