Who can take part
- You are age 16 or older.
- You have a spinal cord injury in the neck (C1–C7) that has been stable for at least 6 months.
- Your spinal cord injury strength and severity fit AIS A, B, or C levels.
- You have enough nerve/muscle connection in at least two hand muscles (with specific strength test scores), plus good upper-arm strength.
- You are medically stable, can understand the study, and can give consent.
- You are not currently pregnant and do not have certain conditions or devices that make the trial unsafe (like a pacemaker/defibrillator or active infection).
