Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have tested positive for H. pylori infection
- You have not had H. pylori eradication treatment before
- You have not taken certain medicines recently (antibiotics or bismuth in the last 4 weeks; PPIs in the last 2 weeks)
- You do not have known advanced stomach cancer or other serious cancers
- You do not have major liver or kidney problems, are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no allergy to the study drugs
