Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of OCD based on DSM-IV criteria.
  • You have tried OCD medicines (with an appropriate step-by-step plan) and they did not work.
  • You have also tried OCD-focused cognitive and behavioral therapy and it did not work.
  • Your OCD has lasted at least 5 years, and your symptom severity is high (Y-BOCS at least 30 out of 40).
  • You are between 20 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have certain exclusions, like psychosis history, substance abuse in the last 12 months, or brain/MRI problems.
