- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a confirmed OCD diagnosis that is severe (score of 25 or higher on the Y-BOCS scale).
- Standard treatments (at least 3 different SSRIs, plus 2 antipsychotic medications, and 12+ sessions of therapy) have not worked or caused bad side effects.
- You do not have other major psychiatric disorders (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) or serious health issues like heart or brain disease.
- You are not at high risk of suicide, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
