- You have a clear diagnosis of severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) confirmed by three independent mental health experts.
- Your OCD is severe (score of 26 or higher on the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale).
- You have had OCD for more than 5 years, and standard treatments (medications and therapy) have not helped enough.
- You have tried at least two different types of serotonin-boosting medications and one other medication, without success.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You do not have other major mental health conditions like psychosis, bipolar disorder, or a high risk of suicide.
