Who can take part
- You must already be enrolled in the DIAN Performance Site or DIAN Extended Registry (DIAN).
- You are age 18 or older.
- You are either cognitively normal or have mild dementia, based on a clinical check.
- You can undergo scan testing, including MRI or CT, plus a PET scan with an injected radioactive tracer.
- If you are able to become pregnant (pre-menopausal), you must have a negative urine pregnancy test within 24 hours of the injection.
