Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and currently enrolled in the UNICORN study
  • A trained clinician has diagnosed you with one of the study conditions (normal aging, non-amnestic Alzheimer’s, or a frontotemporal dementia type, or a specific genetic mutation)
  • Your mood is not significantly depressed (or a clinician says you are not clinically depressed)
  • You can safely have a PET/CT scan (including MRI review) with no major safety or imaging issues
  • If required for your group, you have a study partner and a legally authorized representative (LAR) who can join visits
