Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and able to understand the study and sign consent
- Have Gaucher disease and be medically stable according to the study doctor
- Be on the same Gaucher treatment dose for at least 2 years, or have no Gaucher treatment for 2 years
- If you changed your Gaucher therapy (dose change or switched drugs), wait at least 6 months after the change and be stable
- Do not take antioxidant supplements like coenzyme Q-10, vitamin C, or vitamin E in the 3 weeks before the study
- Be able and willing to have blood drawn and follow the study plan
