Who can take part

  • You (and your guardian, if needed) can sign consent; children may also give assent
  • You have been diagnosed with PAP (by blood test, imaging, biopsy, or lung fluid testing)
  • For the autoimmune-focused part, you have autoimmune PAP confirmed by a positive abnormal blood GM antibody test
  • You have chest imaging (CT or X-ray) or test results that match PAP
  • You do not have another serious health problem that would prevent finishing the study
