Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of autoimmune PAP with a positive blood test for GM-CSF antibodies.
- You have at least one symptom like shortness of breath, cough, or fatigue.
- You may use a breathing machine (nebulizer) at home to take the study drug.
- You cannot be using more than 10 mg of prednisolone (a steroid) per day.
- You have not received GM-CSF treatment in the last month.
