Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You can sign written informed consent
  • For the angina group: you have symptomatic angina (chest pain from heart disease) or a similar symptom
  • For the HFpEF group: you have heart failure symptoms with “preserved” pumping strength (LVEF 45% or higher)
  • For the HFpEF group: tests suggest higher heart filling pressures (examples include elevated BNP or pressures on heart testing)
