Who can take part

  • Be between 3 and 14 years old
  • Have had cancer treatment that may affect the ovaries (chemotherapy, pelvic radiation, or transplant conditioning) or be in the comparison group with no such treatment
  • Have not had radiation to the brain/central nervous system (and no cerebral tumor)
  • Have no current or past ovarian illness or ovarian surgery
  • Have no strong family history of early loss of ovarian function (not caused by treatment or surgery)
