Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 40
- Your BMI is between 25 and 40
- You have PCOS diagnosed by a specialist, with at least two symptom areas: higher male-hormone signs, irregular or absent periods, or specific ovary findings on ultrasound
- You must be willing to sign the consent form
- In the past 12 weeks (or 6 months for some shots), you have not used certain hormones or diabetes/insulin medicines
