Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have MS, or a related condition, or no known brain/spinal cord disease.
- You can safely complete MRI scans and other study tests with good image quality (not too much motion).
- You can travel to the NIH for follow-up visits about once a year (or once every 5 years for people without CNS disease).
- You are willing to donate tissue after death, including the brain, spinal cord, and retinas (eyes).
- You agree to consent now, and you may need a durable power of attorney if you don’t already have an advanced directive.
