Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have one of the following: MS, CIS, RIS, NMOSD, MOG-related eye/brain inflammation, or another neurologic disorder (or you can be a healthy volunteer).
  • You must be able to understand the study and sign informed consent.
  • You can safely have MRI, meaning no MRI-incompatible metal/implants and you’re able to tolerate the MRI scan (not severely claustrophobic).
  • You are not pregnant for the MRI and eye-testing parts (your other basic info may still be collected).
  • In the eye-scan portion, you should not have had eye surgery in the last 2 months and should not have eye conditions that would interfere with measurements.
