- You are having surgery to remove a brain tumor at UT MD Anderson
- Your tumor is new or has come back, and it is near movement or speech areas
- You are 18 years old or older
- You can sign the consent form to take part in the study
- Your hand/arm movement and speech abilities must be good enough to do awake tasks during surgery
- You do not have serious hearing and/or vision problems that could affect the tasks
