Who can take part

  • You have a clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease or parkinsonism
  • You are 16 years of age or older
  • You have either a close family member with Parkinson’s/parkinsonism, or your symptoms started before age 45
  • Your family member is a first- or second-degree relative (like parent, sibling, or grandparent/uncle/aunt-level link depending on the family tree)
