This study grows heart muscle cells from your blood or skin to better understand why some people develop heart problems from HER2 cancer treatments. You may be helping researchers learn how to predict and prevent treatment-related heart damage.

Who can take part
- You are a woman older than 18 years
- You agree to join the study and sign consent paperwork
- You can do heart pumping tests (echocardiogram, cardiac MRI, or MUGA scan)
- If you already had heart problems from HER2 therapy, you may be placed in the “cardiotoxicity” group
- If you did not have heart problems, you may be placed in the “no cardiotoxicity” group if your heart function stayed normal
